Seton P. Loglar is a servant-leader with deep roots in District 13. Born on January 1, 1978, he moved to New Georgia at age nine and has spent his life building trust, strengthening community ties, and advancing opportunities for Liberians.

As a diplomat, educator, entrepreneur, and community leader, Seton brings a practical record of results, not rhetoric. His leadership is grounded in transparency, accountability, and a commitment to working with people from every neighborhood.

My Vision for District 13

• Education: Expand access to scholarships, learning materials, and mentorship so every young Liberian can thrive.
• Economic Opportunity: Support local entrepreneurs, market women, and digital skills programs that create jobs and build resilience.
• Community Security: Strengthen neighborhood safety through coordinated community watch systems and emergency readiness.
• Responsible Leadership: Lead with transparency, stay grounded in the community, and report back regularly to residents.
